2. Services Overview

Finecore provides a platform that allows businesses to integrate banking services into their own applications and products. Finecore partners with regulated financial institutions (“Partner Banks”) to offer banking services through its API and platform.

2.1. Eligibility

To use Finecore's Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2.2. Registration

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account and provide information such as your name, email address, and other identification details. You are responsible for ensuring that your account details are accurate, up-to-date, and secure.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients who utilize Finecore's Services to provide banking features to their end-users must adhere to the following:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Implement and maintain adequate security measures to protect sensitive customer information.
Ensure accurate and truthful representation of the services provided through Finecore’s platform.

4. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when using the Services.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not engage in any activity that could harm Finecore, its Partner Banks, or any other user of the Services.

5. Fees and Payment

Finecore may charge fees for certain Services. These fees will be outlined in a separate agreement with each Client. By using the Services, you agree to pay any applicable fees in accordance with the terms set forth in such agreements.

6. Third-Party Services

Finecore may integrate with third-party services, including Partner Banks. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Finecore is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by Finecore or its licensors. 9. Termination
